Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that it has officially broken ground on Marlowe in Glendale, Arizona.

Marlowe will feature a modern collection of 80 two-story homes ranging from 1,829 to 2,526 square feet, with up to five bedrooms, lofts, bedrooms on the first floor, optional gourmet kitchens, optional primary bath configurations and attached three-car garages.

The community, located near I-17 at the intersection of 51st Avenue and Peoria Avenue, will feature a thoughtfully designed central community park with covered playground and great lawn, as well as outdoor spaces unique to the neighborhood including a dog park, shade pavilions and benches.
